Who will inherit the Kingdom

Most Christians know that eternal life is based on believing in Jesus Christ, and yet most of us will not accept His Word as truth. That’s shocking, but at the same time Jesus predicted that out of all the people who would seek to enter the Kingdom, many will not be able to simply because they take the wrong path (Luke 13:22-28). Check those verses from your own version of the Bible.

After realizing that I thought it necessary to add this teaching to my website to try and reach as many people as possible so that they will not perish. By simply believing what is false we can certainly lose our soul (James 5:19-20, below).

James 5:19-20
19 Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, 20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins. NKJV

You don't have to believe me, but be sure and believe the verses that I will show you, and look them up in your own version of the Bible. I'm not here to force my opinion on anyone, but that God's people may know the truth for themselves. Once we know the truth, no one can deceive us (Ephesians 4:13-14).

Who is guaranteed to have an inheritance in the Kingdom of God? Everybody has an opinion, but what does the Bible say? Take a close look at Ephesians 1:13-14 below.

Ephesians 1:13-14
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. NKJV

According to those verses, we are not guaranteed an inheritance in the Kingdom of God until after we trust Jesus Christ, hear the Word of truth, the Gospel of our salvation, and believe it. I was told that we are guaranteed an inheritance as soon as we say a sinner’s prayer, but that was a lie, which is not in-line with scriptuire. According to the Bible, people who get saved are qualified to share in the inheritance (Colossians 2:12 below).

Colossians 1:12-14
12 giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. 13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. NKJV

Notice that the person who has redemption through Christ’s blood according to verse 14 (above), is the same person who has been delivered from darkness, conveyed into the Kingdom of Christ (verse 13 above), and has been qualified to share in the inheritance (verse 12 above). That’s what we got when we got saved.

We always hear verse 14 above, but we never hear verse 12, and now you can see why. It’s because most preach that we don’t need to do anything after we get saved, which is also deception. If we do not know the truth for ourselves, we can easily be tricked by false teachers today, who have no idea that they are false teachers, since the Word of God has been taken from them (Mark 4:24-25, Ephesians 4:17-19, John 5:38). That’s how they can be so sincere looking when they lie.

We need to know the truth! It’s the truth that sets us free (John 8:31-37). Error can get us burned (James 5:19-20 above). So you need to take this very seriously and lean these verses from your own version of the Bible.

Most say that we are guaranteed an inheritance after we say a sinner’s prayer, but that’s not written in any Bible. In fact, we’re not even instructed to go out and have people say a sinner’s prayer, but to preach the Gospel, and make disciples of Jesus Christ. Yes, Heaven rejoices over one sinner who repents, but our instructions have not changed, and they are very clear.

Mark 16:15-17
15 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. NKJV

Matthew 28:19-20
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. NKJV

We’re supposed to be preaching the Gospel, and you would be shocked if you compared what is actually in the Gospel according to the Bible, and what we hear today, which is called the Gospel; big difference. We have drifted a long ways away from what our Bibles instruct us to do.

Yes repentance is a part of the message (Luke 24:46-47, Mark 1:15), but there is much more that we need to hear and believe in order to be guaranteed and inheritance than what we hear today on Christian TV, radio, or even at a revival. If the people teaching false doctrines today don't want to false teachers, then they should repent and start following the written instructions.

The Apostle Paul fully preached the message and we need to hear, and believe a complete message so that we will be guaranteed our inheritance. It’s that important.

Romans15:19
19 in mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem and round about to Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. NKJV

So, what’s in the Gospel according to the Bible? The part of the Gospel message we do hear today is that Christ died for our sins, He rose again on the third day, and was seen by many (1 Corinthians 15:3-5). Praise God. However, that’s not a complete Gospel. What else is in the Gospel according to the Bible? According to the Gospel, salvation is through the sanctification by the Spirit, and belief in the truth.

2 Thessalonians 2:13-15
13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle. NKJV

If we hear the Gospel like it was meant to be proclaimed, we will hear that we’ve must be sanctified by the Spirit and believe the truth, because notice that the Gospel itself “calls us to this” according to verse 14 above. Therefore, everyone who preaches what the Bible calls the Gospel, should be preaching that. If you have been attending church for the past twenty years, and you have never heard that we must be sanctified by the Spirit and believe the truth, then surely you cannot be in a place where the Gospel is preached.

I know that most of us believe that “being saved,” and “salvation” is the same thing. However, we got saved by believing in our heart that God’s Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, died for our sins, and God raised Him from the dead, but “salvation” as it is described in the verses above, and the verses below is a little different. Salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth (verse 13 above), and that is a part of the Gospel that we need to hear and believe before we are garanteed an inheritance.

Go back and take a look at every verse that I have mentioned on this website and ask yourself if you believe the truth? The Word of God is truth(John 17:17). The sanctifying work of the Spirit is something that the Spirit does, but believing the truth is a whole lot more than just believing that God raised Jesus from the dead. We got to believe it all, and we live by all of it (Matthew 4:4, Deuteronomy 8:3).

So, when people contact me and want to argue over a verse that is clearly written in the same Bible they have been carrying for the past twenty years, what does that tell me about the inheritance that they have been tricked into believing they have? Yes sir, there are millions of Christians today, who will boldly take a stand against what is written in their own Bible, and at the same time stand up for a man-made doctrine.

Does the following passage of scripture suggest that we can teach the doctrines of men, such as “Go have a personal relationship with Jesus,” which is not even in the Bible, and still be okay with God?

Matthew 15:8-9
8 "These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. 9 And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'" NKJV

According to 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12, which are the verses just before the verses above, all will be condemned who do not believe the truth. I think that’s something that every Christian should know because more than a few of us are in the habit of picking and choosing which verses we want to hear, and ignoring the ones who don’t want to hear, all the while quoting man-made doctrines as if they are in the Bible. In situations like that, this one teaching could save a person's soul in keeping with James 5:19-20. Glory be to God!

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. NKJV

Even Jesus said that for the people who did not believe His Word, will have that very Word that they rejected, judge them on the last day. Imagine that.

John 12:47-48
47 And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him — the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. NKJV

Matthew 24:35
35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. NKJV

Believing the Word of God is not optional. All those who will make it into the Kingdom of Heaven believe the truth, point, blank, period. Not accepting and believing the truth is a sure sign of not making it. Therefore, go and make a list of all the verses that you don't want to hear, and learn them. Force yourself to accept them, and believe them before it is too late.

What else is in the Gospel according to the Bible? If we ever hear the Gospel, it will contain an explanation of God’s righteousness according to Romans 1:16-17 below.

Romans 1:16-17
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith." NKJV

“In it” meaning “in the Gospel” the righteousness of God is revealed, or made known (verse 17 above). The righteousness of God is a righteousness that is by faith. Imputed righteousness is based on believing as Abraham believed (Romans 4:18-24). The righteousness of God is based on faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe (Romans 3:21-22), and it is explained in the Gospel.

So, we have got to have faith in Jesus Christ, just as Abraham had faith in God (Hebrews 11, Galatians 3:6-7). Also, notice that the passage of scripture above describes the Gospel itself as having the power of God unto salvation for all who believe it. Imagine that.

According to the Gospel that we need to hear and believe, in order to be guaranteed an inheritance, we have heard that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins, and He rose from the dead on the third day. We have heard that we need to be sanctified by the Spirit, and that we must believe the truth, which is the Word of God (John 17:17). We have also heard that we must be righteous by faith in Jesus Christ, just as Abraham had faith in God.

I know these things may seem strange, because only a few no-name people like myself are still preaching these things in this country, which means that 2 Timothy 4:1-4 is happening right before our eyes today. However, I want you to look these verses up in your own Bible, learn them, and then you should teach them to the Christians that will listen to you.

What else is in the Gospel that we should be hearing? Believe it or not, we've got to obey Jesus, and obey the Gospel. Everything that the Apostle did in Christ, be it signs, miracles, preaching, or anything else was to make the people he reached out to obedient (Romans 15:18-19).

Romans 15:18-19
18 For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not accomplished through me, in word and deed, to make the Gentiles obedient — 19 in mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem and round about to Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. NKJV

That’s shocking to me since there are entire denominations who believe that we don’t have to obey Jesus or anyone else, and they teach that we couldn’t, even if we tried. In fact, some of them are even teaching that it is a sin to try. Imagine that.

However, the exact opposite is true. If we obey Jesus there will be nothing on the inside of us that could make us stumble (1 John 2:8-10). At that point, the people who wanted to stop sinning, would be able to stop sinning.

So, if we were preaching the Gospel in this country, how many millions of Christians would already be set free from sin, and would there be any such thing as an addiction for believing Christians? Think about that. We have been deceived into thinking that Christians cannot stop sinning, and one of the reason why we are deceived is because nobody is preaching the Gospel.

What does the Word of God say about obeying Jesus, and obeying the Gospel in the verses below, and imagine what would be different about you, if you learned these verses when you first accepted Jesus as Lord? What would be different about you if you knew that no one who does not obey Jesus, or obey the Gospel will make it?

Hebrews 5:9
9 And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, NKJV

John 15:10
10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. NKJV

1 Peter 4:17-19
17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? 18 Now "If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?" 19 Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator. NKJV

2 Thessalonians 1:8-9
8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, NKJV

John 14:21-24
21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." 22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" 23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me. NKJV

John 15:14
14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. NKJV

Warning! All of the newer Bibles are changing verses like the ones above, as fast as they can, and they are calling it "advances in the Greek." However, it’s not advances in the Greek, but a strong delusion in order that those who delight in unrighteousness will be condemned. Welcome to the last days.

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. NKJV

I fully expect the New King James Version, which is the last version with the word “New” in it that has not changed drastically over the years, to change and be more in-line with the newer Bibles today. After it changes, the only Bible left will be the King James Version. Once verses like the ones above have been totally removed, or made unrecognizable (like in the Message Bible), then you won’t hear any warnings.

Therefore, learn the verses above for yourself before it is too late. Already, millions of Christians are being taught to speak in direct opposition to the verses above, as well as the next few verses that I will show you. They call it “apologetics.” I call it “what to say, when your own Bible proves you wrong.”

What else is in the Gospel that we should be hearing? If we were obeying the Gospel, what would we be doing? According to the following passage, we would be supplying the needs of the saints. It too is a part of the Gospel that we need to hear, and believe in order to have an inheritance in the Kingdom of God.

2 Corinthians 9:10-15
10 Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, 11 while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. 12 For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God, 13 while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men, 14 and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the exceeding grace of God in you. NKJV

In fact, all of the verses found in 2 Corinthians chapter 8 and chapter 9 are giving verses. In other words, these verses are talking about giving to help other Christians and not to build buildings, or tithing in accordance with the Laws of Moses.

Do any of the following verses suggest tithing in accordance with the Law, or giving according to what a person has to give, and not by commandment to meet the needs of other like-minded Christians who are in need?

2 Corinthians 8:3-5
3 For I bear witness that according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability, they were freely willing, 4 imploring us with much urgency that we would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministering to the saints. NKJV

2 Corinthians 8:8
8 I speak not by commandment, but I am testing the sincerity of your love by the diligence of others. NKJV

2 Corinthians 8:12-14
12 For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have. 13 For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened; 14 but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may supply their lack, that their abundance also may supply your lack — that there may be equality. NKJV

2 Corinthians 9:1-2
Now concerning the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you; NKJV

2 Corinthians 9:5-9
5 Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren to go to you ahead of time, and prepare your generous gift beforehand, which you had previously promised, that it may be ready as a matter of generosity and not as a grudging obligation. 6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 9 As it is written: "He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever." NKJV

After you learn these New Covenant verses on giving for yourself, then you will be able to see why you never hear them in church. If you can be held under the Laws of Moses, to tithe according to the Laws of Moses, then you would be required to bring a tenth of your food (not money) to the church (Hebrews 7:5).

However, now that we have a new High Priest, the law has changed (Hebrews 7:12), and our new High Priest wants us to take our gift straight to the one who needs it (Matthew 25:40). In fact, 2 Corinthians 8:12-14 teaches equality among believers, which is exactly how the early church lived according to Acts 2:44, and Acts 4:32.

So, why would anyone believe that tithing is first of all money, and second that it is required for Christians (Christ followers Acts 11:26), who are supposed to be free from the Law? Simple; the Gospel is not being preached because of greed.

2 Peter 2:1-3
1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber. NKJV

The question is not whether or not tithing works. Of course it works! It’s a part of God’s Law given through Moses. However, the only people who teach Law in order to keep people under the Law, rather than leading them to Christ, “do not know what they are talking about,” according to the Word of the Lord written in 1 Timothy 1:7 below. Read it for yourself and be set free!

1 Timothy 1:3-7
3 As I urged you when I went into Macedonia — remain in Ephesus that you may charge some that they teach no other doctrine, 4 nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which cause disputes rather than godly edification which is in faith. 5 Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith, 6 from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk, 7 desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm. NKJV

If you have questions, ask, or please refer to my book “Stop Sinning and Be Healed,” which is only 99 ¢, for more on this subject. Millions of Christians can be healed today if they would simply know the truth for themselves, and fulfill the Law through faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 13:8-10). That would change health care in this country. Glory be to God, not to mention that those under the Law cannot stop sinning (Romans 6:14).

Jesus Christ, our new High Priest (Hebrews 3:1), wants us to give alms. That’s charity.

Luke 12:33
33 Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. NKJV

Luke 11:41
41 But rather give alms of such things as you have; then indeed all things are clean to you. NKJV

I suggest that you find your local Christian based Soup Kitchen, homeless shelter, children’s shelter, or any organization that directly helps Christians who are in need. In the end, this is what Jesus is going to say to the people who make it into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Matthew 25:34-40
34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.' 37 "Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' 40 And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.' NKJV

No matter what you believe, or what your denomination, the people who are going to make it into Heaven are the people who are doing what the verses describe above. Why are they doing it? Are they earning their salvation? No, they were obeying the Gospel. Read the following verse again.

NKJV

What else is a part of the Gospel? If you ever hear a complete Gospel, you will hear that we need to keep the Gospel in memory. That too is a part of the Gospel message.

1 Corinthians 15:1-2
15 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, 2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you — unless you believed in vain. NKJV

Notice it says “saved if” you hold fast (keep in memory) the Word that was preached to you. Check your Bible to see if it says “saved if,” because if it says “saved if” why do millions of Christians today support the “once saved always saved” man-made doctrine that is not written in the Bible? It’s because 1 Timothy 4:1-2 is in full swing in this country.

1 Timothy 4:1-3
Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, NKJV

You don’t have to believe me, but I would learn these verses for yourself so that you won’t be tricked. Please see my blog post "Is there a preacher left that preaches the Gospel."

Sinless Perfection, Truth or Myth

Most of us have already decided what we believe. The question is whether or not we are willing to allow God to renew our mind with His truth (Romans 12:1-2). Get your Bible out and look these verses up, because you want to be on God’s side and nowhere near the tents of the wicked.
